Life Coaching can be a new experience for many people. Below are some commonly asked questions.
How Do I Work With You?
First, click Client Interest Form at the bottom of this page. Once I receive it, I will contact you to set up a time for a free 30-minute consultation to see if this is a good fit for you. If you decide to move forward, I will send a Client Questionnaire Form to learn more about you. From there we will discuss coaching packages & dates/times that work with your schedule.
Where Do We Meet For
Our Sessions?
Most of my sessions take place over Zoom. It is easy, effective and very convenient for most people. Zoom links are sent to clients before each session. For those in the DFW area, I also do coaching sessions in person Thursday - Sundays, if preferred.
Why Work With a Life Coach?
Sometimes we have lived so long in certain thought patterns/mindsets that we are unable to see how they are keeping us from moving forward. A Life Coach is an objective person that can offer a different perspective and help you move beyond the roadblocks of your life.

Christian Life Coaching uses biblical principles, plus the guidance of the Holy Spirit, to encourage clients to gain a better understanding of their circumstances and how to move forward in their own unique, God-given callings and giftings.
